Offered here is a near mint all original and functioning 1959 Jaeger LeCoultre *528-6 Atmos Brushed Finish *GUBELIN* Signed Round Dial Mantel Clock, serial number 124,949. *Note: Any reflections you see on the finish are just background reflections and not wear. The mint 15 jewel Jaeger LeCoultre signed movement (528) has just been fully disassembled & cleaned. It’s been fully adjusted and timed and is working very accurately, keeping great time. The inner bellows (dated ’59) has just been checked and is in perfect working order. The original round Jaeger LeCoultre GUBELIN signed white painted dial, which has applied gold markers & numerals, is in mint condition as are the original black tipped gold hands. The Gubelin is engraved on the dial not printed. The rear bellows housing is near mint with no notable wear, discoloration or stress fractures. The original 24k gold plated brushed & polished finish on the exterior is in beautiful condition with only light wear to the clear coat in various areas but no notable scratches, damage or cracks to the frame. All of the fixed glass panels are perfect with no chipping or scratches and the entire top, which is secured with two pins, comes on and off smoothly. The important leveling bubble in the front base is fine and functions properly. The boxes are in great shape and the paperwork is all there. I’ve owned, restored and have sold quite a few of these beautiful Atmos clocks and this a near perfect late 50’s rare Gubelin signed round dialed example that anyone would be proud to display in their home. Thanks for looking at this collectible Jaeger LeCoultre Atmos Clock and please bid with confidence. ALL CLOCKS ARE SERVICED BY ME AND ARE FULLY GUARANTEED.
